    Sprint in bursts, not forever. The Watchtower's deadly light and the sandworm punish empty stamina. Read survive the light before you tunnel-vision the tower.

    Early stamina keeps you alive. Mid-run speed covers distance. Insanity gain pays later rebirths. Follow the upgrade guide and upgrade priority.
